Your information is accessed by Manny Singh and the Fairmont Property Group team only. We do not sell, rent, or trade your details to third parties. We may use trusted service providers (CRM, SMS, calendar booking) under confidentiality.
We retain your information for as long as it's needed to follow up on your enquiry and for legitimate business records (typically 7 years for property-related correspondence, per Australian record-keeping standards).

If you submitted your details via a Facebook (Meta) lead form, Meta also holds a copy of your submission per their own Privacy Policy. We retrieve the lead from Meta and follow the practices above.
This site uses the Meta (Facebook) Pixel to measure ad performance and remarket to people who visit. Pixel data is anonymised and aggregated. You can opt out of Meta tracking in your Facebook Ad Preferences.
